Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Pulsz platform. By creating an account or using any part of our service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, "Pulsz," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Yellow Social Interactive Limited, the operator of Pulsz.com. "You" and "player" refer to any individual who accesses or uses the Pulsz platform. "Platform" refers to the Pulsz website, mobile application, and any associated services. "Gold Coins" (GC) refers to the free virtual currency used for entertainment play with no monetary value. "Sweeps Coins" (SC) refers to the promotional virtual currency obtainable for free and redeemable for prizes under applicable sweepstakes rules.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Pulsz platform, registering an account, or participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific features or promotions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility

To use Pulsz, you must meet all of the following requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age
Be a legal resident of an eligible US state or Washington, D.C.
Not be located in a restricted state at the time of play (see current restricted states list at Pulsz.com)
Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of Yellow Social Interactive Limited or its affiliates
Have only one active Pulsz account

We reserve the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access the full Pulsz platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your name, email address, date of birth, and state of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Pulsz cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials.

Only one account is permitted per person and per household. Creating multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any coin balances or prizes.

5. Virtual Currencies

Pulsz uses two virtual currencies: Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. Gold Coins have no monetary value, cannot be purchased directly in isolation, and cannot be redeemed for prizes or cash. They are provided for entertainment purposes only. Sweeps Coins are a promotional currency obtainable only for free through welcome bonuses, daily login rewards, social media promotions, referral programs, or as a bonus accompanying optional Gold Coin purchases. Sweeps Coins cannot be purchased directly.

Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for prizes once a minimum balance of 100 SC has been accumulated and the applicable 1x playthrough requirement has been met. Gift card redemptions require a minimum of 25 SC. All virtual currencies are non-transferable and have no value outside of the Pulsz platform.

6. Optional Coin Purchases

Players may choose to purchase Gold Coin packages to extend their entertainment play. All purchases are optional and final — no refunds are issued except where required by applicable law. Purchasing Gold Coins also results in the award of bonus Sweeps Coins as described in current promotional terms. Prices and package contents are subject to change at any time.

7. Sweepstakes Rules and Prize Redemption

Pulsz operates under a promotional sweepstakes model. No purchase is necessary to obtain Sweeps Coins or to participate in sweepstakes. Alternative means of entry are available as described at Pulsz.com. Prize redemptions are subject to identity verification (KYC) requirements. Players must submit a valid government-issued photo ID, a selfie holding that ID, and a recent proof of address before any redemption is processed. Redemptions are processed within up to 5 business days. Once a redemption is submitted, no further redemption requests may be made for 48 hours.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Pulsz platform:

Creating or operating multiple accounts
Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform
Attempting to manipulate games, outcomes, or promotional systems
Sharing, selling, or transferring account credentials or virtual currencies
Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account found engaging in prohibited conduct and to forfeit any coin balances or pending redemptions associated with that account.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Intellectual Property

Pulsz is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the continued availability of any specific game or feature. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable US law. Any disputes arising from your use of the Pulsz platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration. By agreeing to these terms, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Yellow Social Interactive Limited.
